Simple Adjustable DC power supply(simple RPS)

Hi

It is my first post on electronics, post is concentrated on RPS. power supply is necessary for every electronics circuit but student or electronic hobbyist use traditional battery but it  cannot drive some circuit(current to drive ),  so u need variable regulated power supply for low cast, with simple design


  1.   Step up down
  2.    Rectifier
  3.     Variable regulator


This circuit Output voltage will Adjustable between 1.2 V and 37 V, so you can connect  transformer range u want.
This circuit uses bridge Rectifier, u all know about this rectifier.
Coming to Adjustable regulator this circuit use LM317
• Output-Current In Excess of 1.5 A
• Output-Adjustable Between 1.2 V and 37 V
• Internal Thermal Overload Protection
• Internal Short-Circuit Current Limiting




To  Adjust output voltage by adjust 10k pot


Components:
  • Diode 1N4001-4nos
  • 1000uf
  • 0.1uf
  • 1uf
  • LM317
  • 1Kohms
  • 20k pot
  • transformer range u need (recommend 24v)
